What is Donoka’s return policy?
You can raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery if you receive a wrong, damaged, or expired product.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of product verification. Banks may take 5–7 business days to reflect the amount.
